Ragheb Harb (Arabic: راغب حرب; 1952–1984) was an important Lebanese leader and a respected religious scholar. He was born in 1952 in Jibchit, a village in the southern part of Lebanon.

Ragheb Harb was an imam, which is a Muslim religious leader. He played a key role in leading local efforts to protect the land in southern Lebanon during a time when it was occupied by Israeli forces.

In March 1983, Ragheb Harb was held by the Israel Defense Forces. However, many people in southern Lebanon protested his detention. Because of these widespread protests, he was released seventeen days later.

On February 16, 1984, Ragheb Harb was killed by people working with a foreign intelligence agency. One person involved in his killing later went to America. Another person, Danny Abdallah, who lived in Denmark, admitted to being involved in Harb's death. He also claimed to have been involved in the capture of Harb's successor, Abdul Karim Obeyd. Because of this, he became a wanted person in Lebanon.

Some sources say that Ragheb Harb's supporters later helped create Hezbollah, a Lebanese political organization. Ragheb Harb was also part of an important Shiite political group in Lebanon called the "Amal Movement".
