Rated A for Awesome is a fun Canadian cartoon TV show. It was created by Asaph Fipke. The show first aired on YTV in Canada on September 3, 2011. It finished on February 25, 2012. Kids in the United States could also watch it on Disney XD. The company that made the show was Nerd Corps Entertainment, a Canadian animation studio.

What the Show is About
The story follows four 12-year-old friends and a clever monkey. Their main goal is to make everything awesome! They try to turn boring things into exciting adventures. This includes making their dull teacher more interesting and even making detention fun.

Main Characters
- Lester "Les" Awesome (voiced by Sam Vincent) is the leader of the group. He is the shortest member of the team. Les always tries to make things awesome, and his catchphrase is "Time to awesomize!" He has blue hair and eyes, and he wears a striped blue T-shirt.
- Noam Plinsky (voiced by Brian Drummond) is a tall and smart inventor. He can build and fix almost anything. Noam also loves playing the guitar and drums. He wears green glasses and a green shirt with a computer power button on it. Noam secretly likes Thera.
- Lars Arnst (voiced by Colin Murdock) is a big and funny member of the team. He has a Nordic accent. Lars is a great singer and actor. He wears a red hoodie and has blonde hair.
- Thera Kerplopolis (voiced by Chiara Zanni) is a strong and athletic girl. She is always ready for action and never gives up. Thera likes taking on risky challenges. She has purple hair and wears a pink T-shirt. Thera is Les's stepsister.
- Mr. Twitchy (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain) is a super smart monkey. He always wears a blonde wig! His funny catchphrase is "ha cha cha!"
