Stephanie M. Cardona (born June 3, 1992), known as Red Velvet, is a professional wrestler and dancer from the United States. She is part of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and its sister company, Ring of Honor (ROH). Red Velvet is currently the ROH Women's World Television Champion, holding the title for the first time.

Red Velvet's Wrestling Journey
Starting in Independent Wrestling (2016–2021)
Red Velvet began her wrestling training in 2015 in Miami, Florida. She had her first match on March 24, 2016, using the name Red Velvett.
On August 19, 2016, she won her first championship, the FEW Women's Championship. She held this title for a while before losing it in January 2017.
Joining All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor (2020–Present)
Red Velvet made her debut in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) on June 10, 2020. Her first win in AEW happened on October 13, 2020.
A big moment for her was on March 3, 2021. She teamed up with Cody Rhodes in a special match against Jade Cargill and basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal. Even though her team lost, it was a very exciting match.
On March 25, 2021, Red Velvet officially signed a full-time contract with All Elite Wrestling. She later challenged for major titles like the NWA World Women's Championship and the AEW Women's World Championship, showing her skills against top wrestlers.
In November 2021, she competed in the AEW women's TBS championship tournament. She won her first match but was later defeated by Jade Cargill.
In April 2022, Red Velvet joined a wrestling group called The Baddies. This group included her, Kiera Hogan, and Jade Cargill. She then had an injury but returned to AEW television in November 2022.
In late 2023, Red Velvet also started wrestling in Ring of Honor (ROH). She competed in the first-ever ROH Women's World Television Championship tournament in early 2024. She won several matches, making it to the semifinals.
On July 26, 2024, Red Velvet achieved a major goal. She won the ROH Women's World Television Championship by defeating Billie Starkz at a big event called Death Before Dishonor. This was her first time winning this championship.
Red Velvet's Life Outside the Ring
Stephanie Cardona has family roots in Colombia. Her father, Prudencio Cardona, was a world champion in boxing. Her uncle, Ricardo Cardona, was also a world champion boxer.
She is currently in a relationship with fellow professional wrestler Chandler Hopkins.
