Regina Raull (born Regina Margarita Raull Martin, 12 February 1928 – 14 November 2019) was a talented Spanish painter. She lived and worked for many years in Mexico City.
Regina Raull was born in Bilbao, Spain. In 1939, when she was 11 years old, her family moved away from Spain. They traveled through the Dominican Republic before arriving in Mexico in 1941.
