Regions 615 is a 19-Story Class-AA Office Building in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. It stands at a height of around 300 feet (91 m) with 370,000 square feet (34,000 m2) of floor space. It broke ground on August 15, 2015 and was opened on May 22, 2017. A year after opening, the building was sold for a record $222 million to CBRE Global Investors.
615 South College is currently the 28th Tallest Building in Charlotte, NC and was Developed by Portman Holdings. It is located next to The Westin Charlotte.
It serves as the North Carolina headquarters for Regions Financial Corporation.
New tenant
On February 28, 2017, BDO USA signed a new tenant at the 12th floor. BDO USA is expected to relocate from Morehead St. in August, 2017. On March 13, 2017, WeWork signed a second new tenant for the 8th & 9th floors to open their first North Carolina office in Charlotte.
