Reham Nayyar Khan (Urdu/Pashto: ریحام نیئر خان ; born 3 April 1973) is a journalist, author, and filmmaker. She holds both British and Pakistani citizenship. Reham Khan was born in Libya, but her family is from Baffa, Pakistan. She is known for her work in television and for writing a book about her life. She was also married to Imran Khan, who became the Prime Minister of Pakistan in 2018.
In July 2025, Reham Khan started a new political group. It is called the Pakistan Republic Party. This party aims to stop "dynastic politics" in Pakistan. This means they want to prevent power from staying within the same families.
