Resurgo Place is a cool museum and discovery center in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. It's the new home for the old Moncton Museum and a fun place called the Transportation Discovery Centre. You can also find the main Moncton Visitor Information Centre here. It's located right in downtown Moncton at 20 Mountain Road.
The name "Resurgo Place" was chosen in March 2013 after talking to many people, including school kids! "Resurgo" is a Latin word that means "I rise again." This was actually the very first motto for the City of Moncton back in 1890.
Right next to Resurgo Place, you'll find the Free Meeting House and its Cemetery. This historic spot was built in 1821 and was named a National Historic Site in 1990. It's a really important part of Moncton's past.

What You'll Find Inside
Resurgo Place is a big, modern building that opened its doors on August 8, 2014. It's about 31,000 square feet, which is a lot of space for exploring!

Inside, you'll discover brand new galleries filled with interesting displays. There's also an interactive exhibition all about different ways people travel. Imagine learning about cars, trains, and planes in a fun, hands-on way!
