Ricardo Mórtola facts for kids
Ricardo Mórtola Di Puglia (born around 1950 – died April 22, 2014) was a talented Ecuadorian architect and businessman. He was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Ricardo Mórtola was best known for designing and building the huge Estadio Monumental Isidro Romero Carbo stadium in Barcelona. This stadium is a very important landmark. He won many awards during his twenty-year career for his work.
Mórtola passed away in Guayaquil, Ecuador, at the age of 63. He died from a serious illness.
