Rikuto Tamai (Japanese: 玉井 陸斗 Tamai Rikuto) is a talented Japanese diver. He was born on September 11, 2006. Rikuto made history by winning Japan's very first Olympic medal in diving at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Early Achievements in Diving
Rikuto Tamai started making a name for himself in diving at a young age. In April 2019, when he was just 12 years old, he became the youngest person ever to win the national indoor diving championship in Japan. Later that same year, in September, he also became the youngest national diving champion overall. These wins showed everyone how skilled he was, even as a young teenager.
Olympic Journey
