River Cottage Spring facts for kids

River Cottage Spring is a Channel 4 television programme. It follows Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall at his Dorset home and his teaching school River Cottage. They go through the year, harvesting crops, cooking organic food. He teaches families how to be smallholders. He challenges Tesco to source its chicken products. "Chicken products" refers to the eggs as well as the meat.
