Rocafort de Queralt is a small village and a municipality in Catalonia, Spain. It is part of the comarca (a region like a county) called Conca de Barberà. This area is located in the province of Tarragona.
The municipality covers an area of about 8.6 square kilometers. It sits at an elevation of around 562 meters above sea level. In 2018, about 260 people lived here.

Most of the work in Rocafort de Queralt is related to farming. Farmers grow different cereals. They also grow grapevines to make wine. A special type of sparkling wine called cava is a main product.
