"Rock'n Omelette" (ロックン・オムレツ, Rokkun Omuretsu) is a fun children's song by Japanese singer and songwriter Chisato Moritaka. She wrote the lyrics, and Hiromasa Ijichi wrote the music. The song was released on January 25, 1994, as her 21st single.
This catchy song became famous as the first opening theme for a popular Japanese children's TV show called Ponkickies (ポンキッキーズ, Ponkikkīzu). It was also featured on the 1995 album Ponkickies Melody, which included songs from the show. The cool picture on the single's cover was drawn by Lily Franky.
