About Ronan Browne
Ronan Browne was born in Dublin, Ireland, in 1965. Music runs in his family. His grandmother, Delia Murphy, was a well-known Irish folk singer.
Musical Journey
Ronan Browne has been a part of many musical groups. He was a member of the band CRAN. He also played with the Afro Celt Sound System. This group mixes traditional Irish music with African and electronic sounds.
One of his most famous works was playing the pipes for the soundtrack of Riverdance. This popular show features Irish music and dance. He has also made several albums with his friend, Peter O'Loughlin.
