Dame Rosanne Philippa Meo (born in 1945 or 1946) is a very successful businesswoman from Auckland, New Zealand. She has achieved many important things in the world of business.
In 1991, she made history. She became the first woman to lead the Employers' Federation. This group helps businesses and their workers. She has also been a leader on the boards of many big companies. These include Television New Zealand (TVNZ), Sky TV, and Ports of Auckland. Being on a board means she helps make big decisions for these companies.

Rosanne Meo went to school at Baradene College of the Sacred Heart in Auckland. She has two daughters. She is also the aunt of Sean Fitzpatrick. He was a famous captain for the All Blacks rugby team.
