Thangavel Pranavan (born March 9, 1988) better known by his stage name RT Rana, (Tamil: ஆர்தி ரானா) is a Sri Lankan radio presenter. He is based in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He is best known as the host of the online tamil pavai radio show, Nanpanda. He has also been a presenter at many musical shows in Jaffna.

Biography

Rt Rana was born in Valanthalai, Karinagar, Jaffna to Thangavel and Inthirathevi Thangavel in 1988. He has a brother called Thangavel Perasath.

Career

He began his career in 2009 with many music group programme did announcing at music group. Later on he joined Tamilpavai FM and anchored the Nanpanda show and the Today Star show. At the same time he is government officer working as the Public Health Field Officer for the Anti Malaria Campaign, Sri Lanka. He has also been a presenter India in Sri Lanka, Consulate General of India, Jaffna. He is currently working as a radio announcer at Radiotamizha fm, and he is sri lankan northern province government health awareness program announcer.
