Other members of BLKOUT are Eddie Kingston, Sabian, Joker, James Ellsworth, and Robbie Mireno.

Ruckus's Wrestling Journey

Ruckus started training to be a wrestler in September 1998. He used to be a backyard wrestler. His first professional wrestling match was on April 18, 1999. He wrestled against Chad Austin for the Mid-Eastern Wrestling Federation (MEWF).

Combat Zone Wrestling Highlights

Ruckus and The Hurricane Kidd joined Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) around 2001. The owner, John Zandig, was very impressed by their skills. When Ruckus first started in CZW, he weighed almost 300 pounds. Since then, he has lost more than 75 pounds.

Ruckus became known for his amazing high-flying moves. These moves are usually not done by wrestlers his size. He won his first title, the CZW World Junior Heavyweight Championship, on December 2, 2001. He lost it shortly after to Trent Acid. Ruckus won this title again on January 18, 2003. During this time, he teamed up with Sonjay Dutt. Later, Ruckus became jealous of Sonjay and turned against him. This led to a big match where Sonjay won the Junior Heavyweight Championship.

In the early 2000s, Ruckus traveled all over Japan. He was part of a group called CZW Warriors. He wrestled for Big Japan Pro Wrestling. He faced many wrestlers and even won the BJW Junior Heavyweight Championship in December 2001.

In 2004, Ruckus and Robbie Mireno started a group called The Blackout (The BLKOUT). Sabian and Joker also joined the group. They had a big rivalry with Chri$ Ca$h. Later, Eddie Kingston also became a member. On June 12, 2004, Ruckus and Sabian won the CZW World Tag Team Championship.

On February 5, 2005, Ruckus won the CZW World Heavyweight Championship. He held this title for a long time. He defended it against wrestlers like Sonjay Dutt and B-Boy. In late 2005, the BLKOUT group started a rivalry with The Kings of Wrestling and Super Dragon. Ruckus successfully defended his title against Claudio Castagnoli. However, at the next show, Ruckus lost the title to Super Dragon.

On January 14, 2006, Ruckus, Sabian, and Kingston won a big tag team match. At the next CZW show, Ruckus won the World Championship again. His friends Joker and Eddie Kingston also won the tag team title. On May 13, 2006, Ruckus won the Best of the Best tournament. He beat Sabian, Claudio Castagnoli, and Austin Aries in the final match. After he won, Chris Hero challenged him and took the championship.

In August 2006, Kingston left the BLKOUT group. Ruckus and Joker became the new tag team champions. When Joker left CZW, the BLKOUT lost their title. That same night, Ruckus and Ricky Reyes helped Eddie Kingston win the World Championship. They welcomed him back to the group.

On July 14, 2007, Ruckus surprisingly won the CZW World Heavyweight Title again. He beat the champion, Justice Pain. Later that night, Ruckus and Sabian gave their BLKOUT friend, Joker, the Best of the Best trophy. Joker had won the tournament by defeating B-Boy.

On December 8, 2007, Ruckus lost the CZW World Heavyweight Title. He lost it to Nick Gage in a three-way match.

Ring of Honor and Other Shows

Ruckus made his Ring of Honor debut on August 25, 2007. He joined Jack Evans's group, "The Vulture Squad." He defeated Eddie Edwards in his first match. On July 26, 2008, Ruckus won the first-ever 15-man Honor Rumble. This win earned him a title shot against Nigel McGuinness. However, McGuinness won that match and kept his title.

Ruckus has wrestled in many countries. These include England, Mexico, Japan, Canada, Italy, and Germany. He also appears in many wrestling shows along the east coast of the U.S. In 2006, Ruckus started wrestling for Chikara and Jersey All Pro Wrestling. He is still very active with the BLKOUT group in CZW.

In 2006, Ruckus filmed episodes for MTV's Wrestling Society X. He formed a team called "Keepin' It Gangsta" with Babi Slymm.

On September 6, 2008, Ruckus wrestled for Insanity Pro Wrestling. He won his first match but lost in the second round.

Ruckus and Sabian won the Maryland Championship Wrestling Tag Team Title on April 21, 2007. On May 19, 2007, Ruckus beat Christopher Daniels for the German Wrestling Promotion's World Heavyweight Championship in Germany. On February 21, 2009, he won the Maryland Championship Heavyweight title. He lost this title on April 25, 2014.
