Ryota Kobayashi started his football journey in high school. From 2004 to 2006, he played for Takasaki City University of Economics High School. This was where he developed his skills before becoming a professional player.
Early Professional Career
Ryota began his professional career in 2007. He joined Thespa Kusatsu. During his time there, he also went on loan to other teams. In 2007, he played for Ohara JaSRA on loan. Then, from 2008 to 2009, he played for Albirex Niigata Singapore while on loan. He played 41 games for them and scored 2 goals.
In 2011, Ryota played for Arte Takasaki. He appeared in 18 games for this team.
