About Sakimichan's Art Journey
Early Education and Career Start
Yue Wang studied 3D animation at Dawson College. She finished her studies in 2012. After college, she started working at a company called BioWare. There, she was a Junior Concept Artist. She helped design parts of the video game Mass Effect: Andromeda.
Sharing Art at Conventions
Sakimichan loves to share her art with people. She has attended many art and comic conventions. These are big events where artists meet fans and show their work. She has been a regular artist at Anime North and Fan Expo Canada in Toronto. In 2017, she was a special guest artist at the Singapore Toy Game and Comic Convention (STGCC).
How Sakimichan Creates Art Today
Today, Sakimichan earns most of her income by creating art and teaching others. She makes both original artworks and fan art. She shares her work and art tutorials on a platform called Patreon.
