San Antonio is a small village located in the Canelones Department in southern Uruguay. It is also the name of the larger area, called a municipality, that the village is part of.

This village is found along Route 33, about 3.3 kilometers (2 miles) south of where it meets Route 81. It's easy to find on a map of Uruguay.

San Antonio became an official "Pueblo" (which means village) on November 14, 1875. This was made official by a special rule or decree.
