About Sara Kadefors
Sara Kadefors was born in Gothenburg, Sweden. She grew up in a town called Landvetter. Before becoming a writer, she worked in radio and television. From 1989 to 1996, she hosted many popular shows.
Her Journey as a Writer
Sara Kadefors published her first novel in 2001. It was called Långlördag i city. This book won an award from the Swedish Writers' Union
.In the same year, she released her second novel. This book was titled Sandor Slash Ida. It quickly became a huge success. Sandor Slash Ida won the important August Prize. It also became the best-selling Swedish young adult novel ever.
Sara Kadefors has written many books for adults too. One of her adult novels is Fågelbovägen 32.
Writing for Movies and TV
Besides writing books, Sara Kadefors also creates stories for films. She wrote the script for a movie called Allt du önskar. She also wrote the script for Sveriges Radio's Christmas Calendar in 2011. This is a special Christmas radio show in Sweden.
