Satoru Yoshida (吉田 悟, Yoshida Satoru, born December 18, 1970) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a forward, which means he was one of the players whose main job was to score goals. Yoshida played for several clubs during his career, including Yokohama Marinos, Otsuka Pharmaceutical, and Ventforet Kofu. After he stopped playing, he also spent some time as a manager for Nara Club.

Satoru Yoshida's Football Journey
Satoru Yoshida was born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, on December 18, 1970. After finishing high school, he joined a football club called Nissan Motors in 1990. This club later became known as Yokohama Marinos.
Starting His Professional Career
Yoshida first played for the reserve team. By 1992, he joined the main team. However, it was hard for him to get much playing time in matches during these early years.
Moving to New Teams
In 1995, Yoshida moved to a different league called the Japan Football League (JFL). He joined a club named Otsuka Pharmaceutical. Here, he became a regular player, meaning he played in most of the team's games.
In 1998, he moved to another JFL club, Ventforet Kofu. He didn't play in any matches during the 1998 season. But the club was promoted to a new league called J2 League in 1999. From 1999 onwards, Yoshida played in many games for Ventforet Kofu. He retired from playing football at the end of the 2001 season.
Managing a Team
After his playing career, Satoru Yoshida also tried his hand at managing a football team. In 2011, he was the manager for Nara Club.
