Saygin Yalcin (pronounced Say-gin Yal-chin) is a businessman and teacher from Germany, with Turkish roots, who lives in Dubai. He is known for starting successful online businesses. One of his first big companies was Sukar.com, which was later bought by a larger company called Souq.com. Souq.com itself was then bought by the huge online shopping company, Amazon.

Saygin Yalcin was born in 1984 in a city called Bremen in Germany. His parents were immigrants from Turkey. When he was a teenager, he was a very good football player. He even played in a top German junior league for young athletes.
Saygin's Education Journey
Saygin studied business in different countries. He went to a school in Germany called WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. Later, he continued his studies in the United States and Mexico.
