Sebastián Ramón Alarcón Ramírez (born January 14, 1949 – died June 30, 2019) was a talented Chilean movie director and screenwriter. He spent some time living in Russia and made many films there. He was known for directing the Soviet drama movie Night Over Chile in 1977.
