Seiichi Ogawa (小川 誠一, Ogawa Seiichi, born July 21, 1970) is a Japanese football manager and former player. He used to play as a defender. Currently, he is the manager of Wyvern FC.

Seiichi Ogawa's Football Journey
Playing Days
Seiichi Ogawa was born in Chiba, Japan, on July 21, 1970. After finishing high school, he joined a football club called Toyota Motors in 1989. This club later became known as Nagoya Grampus Eight.
From his very first season, Ogawa played many games. He was a left side back, which is a defender who plays on the left side of the field. By 1991, he became a regular player, meaning he was a key part of the team.
His team, Nagoya Grampus Eight, won their first big trophy in 1995. This was the 1995 Emperor's Cup. They also did well in Asia, finishing second in the 1996–97 Asian Cup Winners' Cup. In 1998, he had an injury and could not play any matches. But he came back strong in 1999. That year, his team won the 1999 Emperor's Cup again! Seiichi Ogawa stopped playing football at the end of the 2000 season.
Becoming a Coach
After his playing career, Seiichi Ogawa started coaching. On January 1, 2021, he became an assistant manager for Wyvern FC. He worked in this role until August 31, 2021.
Just one day later, on September 1, 2021, he was promoted! He became the main manager of Wyvern FC. He has been leading the team ever since.
Under his guidance, Wyvern FC achieved something special. On November 13, 2022, Ogawa led his club to promotion. They moved up to the Tōkai Soccer League Division 1. This was the first time in the club's history they reached this league. They had finished as runner-up in the 2021 season and then won the Tōkai Soccer League Division 2 championship.
