Francisco Jozenilton Veloso (born May 8, 1971 – died January 14, 2016) was a talented Brazilian artist. He was famous by his stage name, Shaolin. He was a cartoonist, a caricaturist, a humorist, and a comedian. Shaolin also worked as a TV and radio presenter.

Shaolin's Early Life and Career
Shaolin was born in Coremas, a city in Paraíba, Brazil. He began his career at the Teatro Municipal Severino Cabral in Campina Grande. This was a theater where he could show his skills.
He also worked at Rádio Campina Grande as a presenter. Shaolin drew funny cartoons for newspapers like A Palavra and Jornal da Paraíba. He also contributed to Revista Nordeste.
Shaolin's Famous Shows
Shaolin became very well-known for his funny performances. He appeared on popular TV shows in Brazil. These shows included Domingão do Faustão and Show do Tom.
Later, he joined Tudo è Possível ("All is possible") with Ana Hickmann. On this show, Shaolin would make fun of famous Brazilian people in a playful way. He would imitate singers like Leonardo and Joelma from Banda Calypso. He also mimicked Zezé di Camargo.
Shaolin's Accident and Recovery
On January 19, 2011, Shaolin was in a serious car accident. His car crashed into a truck on the BR-230 highway in Campina Grande. He was badly hurt in the accident.
Shaolin stayed in an intensive care for many months. He was in a coma until May. After leaving the hospital, he went home to continue his recovery.
In September 2012, Shaolin found a new way to communicate. He learned to use his eyelid movements with the help of a special machine. This allowed him to talk with his family and friends again.
Shaolin's Family Life
In December 1994, Shaolin married Laudiceia Veloso. They had a happy family together. Shaolin and Laudiceia had two children.
Shaolin's Passing
Shaolin passed away on January 14, 2016. He died from a myocardial infarction, which is also known as a heart attack. He is remembered for his humor and his ability to make people laugh.
