A Champion Baker

Shayne Greenman has won many important awards for his baking and sugar art. In early 2012, he won a gold medal at the Australian Artisan Baking Cup. This showed he was one of the best bakers in Australia. Later that year, he became the world champion artisan baker at the SIGEP Baking Cup in Rimini, Italy. This was a huge achievement on the global stage.

Winning Top Prizes

Shayne won two first-place prizes in the Masters Division. One prize was for a sugar art piece that looked like a dragonfly being born. The other was for a fun "Novelty cake."
