Siiri Oviir (born 3 November 1947) is an Estonian politician. She has served as a Member of the European Parliament.
Siiri Oviir was born in Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia. She was a member of the Estonian Centre Party for many years. She decided to leave the party on 9 April 2012.
Siiri Oviir is married to Mihkel Oviir, who is a civil servant. Her daughter, Liisa Oviir, is also a politician.

Siiri Oviir served as the Minister of Social Affairs two times.
- Her first term was from 17 April 1995 to 20 November 1995. During this time, Tiit Vähi was the Prime Minister.
- Her second term was from 28 January 2002 to 9 April 2003. Siim Kallas was the Prime Minister then.
