The Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs soundtrack is the music from the famous 1937 Walt Disney movie. This soundtrack was super special because it was the first time movie music was sold to the public! It came out in January 1938.

Back then, it was called Songs from Walt Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (with the Same Characters and Sound Effects as in the Film of That Title). That's a long name! Since then, it has been re-released many times with more songs and sounds.

Here are the main songs from the movie, along with who sang them:

All lyrics written by Frank Churchill, Larry Morey & Leigh Harline, all music composed by Paul J. Smith & Leigh Harline.

Songs Not Used in the Movie

Some songs were written for the film but didn't make it into the final version. Two of these were for the Dwarfs:

  • "Music in Your Soup" – The cartoon part for this song was almost finished, but it was removed from the movie.
  • "You're Never Too Old to Be Young" – This song was replaced by "The Silly Song".
