Sofiene Chaari (born July 31, 1962 – died August 22, 2011) was a well-known actor from Tunisia. He was especially famous for playing the character Sbouï in the TV show Choufli Hal. This popular show aired from 2005 to 2009.

Sofiene Chaari's Acting Journey
Sofiene Chaari followed in his father's footsteps. His father, Habib Chaari, was also an actor and a movie producer. He helped Sofiene begin his acting journey in theater.
Early Roles and TV Success
Sofiene started his career on stage before moving to television. He appeared in TV shows like Mnamet Aaroussia and At Azaïez. He also acted in The Hotel.
His biggest role was Sbouï in the Tunisian TV series Choufli Hal. This show was very popular and aired from 2005 to 2009. It was shown during the holy month of Ramadan. Sofiene acted alongside famous actors like Mouna Noureddine and Kamel Touati.
After Choufli Hal, he became famous for another role. He played Hsouna in the show Nsibti Laaziza. This series was broadcast on Nessma TV.
Hosting His Own Show
Besides acting, Sofiene Chaari also hosted his own TV program. It was called Sofiene Show. This show was on air from 2009 to 2010.
Theater Work and Awards
Even with his busy TV schedule, Sofiene continued to perform in theater plays. He acted in productions such as Saâdoun 28 and The Marechal.
In 2005, Sofiene Chaari received a special award from the president. He passed away in La Marsa, Tunisia, at the age of 49. He died from a sudden heart attack.
