Prince Sotsha Ernest Dlamini (born May 27, 1940 – died February 7, 2017) was an important leader in the country of Eswatini. He served as the Prime Minister of Eswatini (which was then called Swaziland) from October 6, 1986, to July 12, 1989. He was born in a town called Mankayane. Sotsha Dlamini passed away at the age of 76.

Sotsha Dlamini was born in Mankayane, a town in Eswatini. He grew up there and later became involved in the country's government. His journey to becoming a national leader began with his appointment as Prime Minister.
Becoming Prime Minister
In 1986, Sotsha Dlamini was chosen to be the Prime Minister. He was appointed by Dzeliwe of Swaziland, who was the Queen Regent at the time. He took over this important role from Bhekimpi Dlamini, who had resigned earlier that year.
Leading During Challenging Times
During Sotsha Dlamini's time as Prime Minister, there were growing tensions related to Apartheid in neighboring South Africa. This was a difficult period for the region. As Prime Minister, he played a role in guiding Eswatini through these challenges.
Later Life and Passing
Sotsha Dlamini continued to live in Eswatini after his time as Prime Minister. He passed away on February 7, 2017. He was 76 years old at the time of his death. He collapsed at his home in Mankayane, the same town where he was born.
