South Creek Township is in the northwestern part of Bradford County. It shares a border with the state of New York to the north.

Roads and Waterways
Pennsylvania Route 14 is a main road that goes through the township from north to south. It follows the valley of South Creek. South Creek flows into Seeley Creek, which then joins the Chemung River in New York. The Chemung River eventually flows into the Susquehanna River. Along Route 14, you'll find small communities like Dunning, Gillett, and Fassett.
