St. Stephen's Episcopal Church is a very old and important church located in Innis, Louisiana, in the United States. It was built way back in 1848, making it one of the oldest buildings around. A special church leader named Bishop Leonidas Polk officially dedicated it for worship.

This church is the oldest brick building in Pointe Coupee Parish. Many people have attended services here over the years. Some famous past members include Major General John Archer Lejeune, a well-known military leader, and Dr. Tichenor. The church also has a cemetery where a monument stands for an unknown soldier from the Confederate side of the American Civil War. This monument was put up in 1901.

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church was recognized as a historic place on April 24, 1974. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places, which helps protect important historical sites. Father Lyle Franklin Parratt, who was the priest at the church then, helped make this happen.

Today, St. Stephen's Episcopal Church is still an active place of worship. It is part of the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana. The Rev. John Miller currently serves as the main priest, leading the church community.
