Saint Peter's Church (in Spanish, Iglesia de San Pedro) is an old Christian church in Caracena, Spain. It is one of two churches in the town built in the Romanesque style. This means it has thick walls, round arches, and strong, simple designs.

The church was built in the 1100s, making it over 800 years old! People especially admire the detailed carvings. These carvings can be seen on the tops of the columns (called capitals) in the church's open courtyard (atrium). You can also find them on decorative ledges (pedestals on the cornice) around the building.

Saint Peter's Church is very important to Spain's history and culture. Because of this, it has a special protection status. It is called a Bien de Interés Cultural, which means "Asset of Cultural Interest."

This special status helps make sure the church is preserved for many years to come. The Spanish government has protected it as a heritage site since 1935. This means it is recognized as a valuable monument.
