Stanislav Ivanovich Stepashkin was a famous Olympic boxer from the Soviet Union. He was born in Moscow on September 1, 1940. Stanislav passed away on September 4, 2013.

Stanislav started his boxing training at a club called Trudovye Rezervy. Later, he joined the Armed Forces sports society. He was a very successful boxer. He won 193 out of 204 fights in his career!

In 1964, Stanislav earned a special title. He became an Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR. This title was given to top athletes in the Soviet Union. The next year, he received the Order of the Badge of Honor. This was a high award for his achievements.
