Sterling "Steelo" Brim (born June 5, 1988) is an American television star, comedian, and actor. He is best known as a co-host and producer of the popular MTV show Ridiculousness.

About Steelo Brim

Steelo Brim was born and grew up in Chicago, Illinois. His mother, Tracy Brim, is a pastor. His father, Frank Brim, was a chief in the Chicago Fire Department. His dad even started a baseball team for kids in Chicago's Garfield Park. Steelo also has two brothers and one sister.

Steelo's Career Journey

In 2001, when he was young, Steelo had a small part in the movie Hardball. When he was 19, Steelo moved to Los Angeles. He wanted to work in the music business. He worked in radio and helped find new music artists.

Later, he met Rob Dyrdek, a famous skateboarder and TV star. Rob asked Steelo to be a co-host on his new MTV show, Ridiculousness. Steelo joined the show with Chanel West Coast. Besides hosting, Steelo is also a creative producer for Ridiculousness. This means he helps make decisions about the show.

Steelo has also appeared on other TV shows. These include Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory and Wild Grinders. More recently, he made a deal with MTV Entertainment Studios to create new projects. He also co-hosts a podcast called Wine and Weed with Chris Reinacher.
