Early Career and Vikingarna

Stefan started his music journey singing for a Swedish band called Öijwinds. Later, in 1973, he joined a very popular dansband (a type of Swedish dance band) called Vikingarna. He was a lead singer with Vikingarna until 1979.

Solo Career and Other Bands

After leaving Vikingarna, Stefan started his own solo music career. In 1985, he took part in Melodifestivalen 1985, a big music competition in Sweden where artists compete to represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest. His song was "Sjung din sång," but it did not make it past the first round.

While working on his solo albums, Stefan also sang with a band called Anders Engbergs until 1988. The next year, he began performing with Spotlight. This group later changed its name to Stefan Borsch orkester and released albums until they broke up in 1993. From 1995 to 1999, Stefan was a member of Keith Elwins orkester. He then decided to end his music career in 1999.

Special Appearance

On July 3, 2004, Stefan made a special appearance with Vikingarna in Arvika Park. This was during the band's very last performance, making it a memorable event for fans.
