Early Days as an Amateur Boxer
Steve Rolls was part of the Canadian National Boxing Team in 2009 and 2010. As an amateur, he had a great record of 83 wins and only 14 losses.
In September 2009, Steve went to a major international boxing championship. This event was held in Milan, Italy. He won his first two matches there. He then lost in the "round of 16" to an Olympic medalist from India. This strong performance helped Steve become ranked as the No. 12 boxer in the world.
