Steve Steadham was born in February 1963 in Farmington, New Mexico. He is a famous American skateboarder and musician. Steve is known as a pioneer in skateboarding. He was also part of the legendary Bones Brigade team.

Steve's Early Life
Steve Steadham grew up in Las Vegas and California. He went to high school in Las Vegas. Steve started skateboarding seriously when he was 17 years old. In 1981, he moved to California to pursue his passion.
Skateboarding Adventures
Steve worked at the pro shop in the Whittier skatepark. Another famous skateboarder, Lance Mountain, was his co-worker there. Other local skateboarders at the park included Neil Blender, Lester Kasai, and John Lucero. Steve helped make a trick called the "boneless" very popular.
Turning Pro
Within two years of moving to California, Steve joined the famous Powell & Peralta skateboarding team. He became a professional skateboarder in 1984 while riding for Powell. After riding for Powell for over a year, Steve decided to start his own company. He named it Steadham Skateboards.
Steadham's Own Company
Steadham Skateboards later changed its name to Stedmz Skateboards. Steve appeared in a well-known skate video.

Music Career
Besides skateboarding, Steve Steadham is also a musician. He is a member of three different bands. These bands are called Citizen X, Funkenstein, and Freight Train.
