Stephen Roy Stevens (5 February 1903 – 22 June 1990) was an Australian rules footballer. He played one match for St Kilda in the Victorian Football League (VFL) in 1920.
Stevens was born in Bendigo, Victoria. In 1990, he died in Seymour, Victoria, at the age of 87.
