Strawberry Shortcake: Berry Blossom Festival is a fun animated movie released in 2007. It first showed in some movie theaters on March 13, 2007, thanks to Kidtoon Films. Later, on May 1, 2007, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment released it on DVD. A cool bonus with each DVD was a special Berry Blossom Festival Crown, just like the one in the movie!
The Story of the Berry Blossom Festival
This movie is a bit like a collection of stories. Strawberry Shortcake looks through her "Remembering Book" and shares two exciting adventures. These stories are "Mind Your Manners" and "Queen For a Day." Both tales teach important lessons while getting ready for the big Berry Blossom Festival.
Mind Your Manners: A Lesson in Politeness
In this part of the movie, Strawberry Shortcake's friend, Raspberry Torte, isn't very good at using her manners. Strawberry and her friends decide to help her learn. They invite Raspberry to two different parties.
At the first party, everyone acts without manners. It's a bit messy and not very fun. Then, at the second party, everyone is polite and kind. Raspberry still doesn't quite get why manners are important. But then, a wise bluebird talks to her. The bluebird helps Raspberry understand how much good manners matter.
Queen for a Day: The Festival Crown
This story is all about getting ready for the exciting Berry Blossom Festival! Everyone is busy preparing for the big event. But then, two tricky characters, the Pie-Man and Sour Grapes, show up.
They try to cheat and take the special festival crown from Strawberry. They want to use the crown to take over Strawberry's berry fields. But Strawberry and her friends don't give up! Through a special song, they work together to win the crown back. Because of her bravery and kindness, Strawberry is then named the Queen of Strawberryland.
