About Sundray Tucker
Sundray Tucker was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She grew up in a very musical family. Her father, Ira Tucker, was a famous singer in a group called the Dixie Hummingbirds. Her sister, Lynda Laurence, also became a singer and was part of the Supremes.

She also performed under the name Cindy Scott. One of her most well-known songs was "I Love You Baby." This song is considered a "Northern Soul" classic. Northern Soul is a type of dance music that was popular in the 1960s and 70s, especially in clubs in Northern England.
In 1967, Sundray joined the Three Degrees for a short time. She toured with them alongside Fayette Pinkney and Sheila Ferguson.
