Sunshine Jocelyn Sian Anderson (born June 7, 1974) is an American R&B and soul singer. She is from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She is most famous for her song "Heard It All Before". This song was a big hit in 2001, reaching the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

About Sunshine Anderson
Her Early Life and Start
Sunshine Anderson was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She later moved to Charlotte. She went to North Carolina Central University and studied criminal justice.
One day, a friend of a music producer heard Sunshine singing. This friend introduced her to Mike City, a music producer. Later, famous singer Macy Gray helped manage Sunshine when she was recording her first album.
Her First Album: Your Woman
In 1999, Sunshine Anderson signed a record deal with Atlantic Records. Her first album, called Your Woman, was released in April 2001.
- The album was very popular right away.
- It reached number 8 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart.
- It also reached number 2 on the Top R&B charts.
The main song from the album was "Heard It All Before." It became a huge hit:

In September 2010, Sunshine Anderson announced that her new song, "Lie to Kick It," was released to radio stations. Her third album, The Sun Shines Again, was released on November 2, 2010. It was released through Verve Forecast Records.
