Supía is a town and a municipality in the country of Colombia. It is located in the Caldas Department. This area is famous for its coffee farms. In 2011, Supía became part of the "Coffee Cultural Landscape." This special place is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Climate in Supía
Supía has a warm and wet climate all year round. The average temperature is about 22 degrees Celsius (72 degrees Fahrenheit). This means it's usually warm but not too hot.
Rainfall and Sunshine
Supía gets a lot of rain, especially from April to May and again from September to November. The driest months are usually January and July. Even with all the rain, there are still many sunny hours. This mix of sun and rain is perfect for growing coffee!
