Susanna Nerantzi (Greek: Σουζάνα Νεράντζη) was a talented Greek musician. She was a pianist and a composer. She was active during the 1830s and 1840s. She might have been born on the Greek island of Zakynthos. Susanna is known as the first modern Greek female composer whose works were recorded.

She studied music in Corfu, another Greek island. Her teacher was Nikolaos Mantzaros. He taught her how to play the piano and how to compose music. Her musical pieces were published in Milan, Italy, in 1839. A famous publisher named Francesco Lucca released them.

Some of Susanna Nerantzi's original music is still around today. You can find some of her works at the Music Museum. This museum is part of the Philharmonic Society of Corfu.
