The Swan Lake First Nation is a group of Saulteaux people. They are a band government, which is like their own local government. They live near Swan Lake in the Pembina Valley Region of Manitoba, Canada.

Their main home is called Swan Lake 7. This special land, known as an Indian reserve, is surrounded by the Municipality of Lorne. The First Nation also has other lands where they are starting businesses. One of these is near the Rural Municipality of Headingley.

The Swan Lake First Nation has four different areas of land. These are called reserve lands. Each one has a special purpose.

  • Swan Lake 7 (IR 7) is their main reserve. It is surrounded by the Municipality of Lorne. This land is about 8,982 acres (36.35 km2) in size.
  • Forest Hills (IR 7a) is located near Carberry. This reserve is about 6,514 acres (26.36 km2). It is used for homes and businesses.
  • Indian Gardens (IR 8) is found near Rathwell. This land is about 640 acres (2.59 km2) big. Most of it (75%) is used for farming.
  • Headingley (IR 8a) is located near the RM of Headingley. This reserve is smaller, about 25 acres (101,000 m2). It is planned to be used mainly for businesses.
