As the Töss flows, it carves out a path called the Töss Valley (Tösstal). This valley is a scenic place. The river flows north through this valley. It passes by many small villages and towns. One of the larger towns it flows near is Winterthur. Winterthur is a big city in the canton of Zurich.
Meeting the Rhine River
After its journey through the valley, the Töss river reaches its end. It flows into the mighty Rhine river. This meeting point is called Tössegg. It is located near the town of Teufen.
