Takuya Kokeguchi (苔口 卓也, Kokeguchi Takuya, born 13 July 1985) is a Japanese former football player. He played as a forward for several teams, including Cerezo Osaka and Kataller Toyama. He was known for his skills on the field.

Playing for Football Clubs
Takuya Kokeguchi started his professional football journey in 2004. He played for Cerezo Osaka for several years. During his time there, he showed his talent as a forward.
Moving to New Teams
In 2008, Takuya played for JEF United Chiba for a short time. This was a loan, meaning he played for them temporarily. After that, he returned to Cerezo Osaka for another season.
A Decade with Kataller Toyama
