Tampico Beverages is an American company that makes bottled fruit-flavored drinks and gelatin. You can find their products in the United States and over 50 other countries around the world. Since 2008, Tampico Beverages has been fully owned by Houchens Industries Inc.

The Story of Tampico
Tampico Beverages started in 1989. Their very first drink was called Citrus Punch. It was the only flavor they had at the beginning.
In the early 1990s, Tampico began working with companies in other countries. Their first international partner was in Mexico. This helped Tampico drinks reach more people.
Over the years, Tampico added many new flavors. They also worked with partners to create different bottle sizes and types of packaging. Today, Tampico sends its special drink mix to partners in more than 50 countries. These partners then make the drinks for people to enjoy.
In 2018, Tampico updated its logo. It was the first time they changed their look in 11 years!
What Drinks Does Tampico Make?
Tampico makes many different kinds of drinks. In 2005, they even made a drink called Tampico Plus. This version had 50% less sugar than the original drinks.
As of 2014, Tampico's products included many tasty options. In the U.S., these drinks are often called "punch". This is because they are mostly water, sugar, and flavorings. They have only a tiny bit of real fruit juice.
