Theodore Bernard Stockard (born May 27, 1903 – died September 23, 1962) was an American baseball player. He played as an infielder in the Negro leagues from 1927 to 1931. These leagues were professional baseball leagues in the United States for African Americans. They existed at a time when Black players were not allowed to play in Major League Baseball.
