Starting His AFL Journey
Terry Milera began his professional football career in 2011. He was first chosen by the Greater Western Sydney Giants (GWS). This happened during the 2011 AFL Draft. Soon after, he was traded to the St Kilda Football Club. This trade also involved another player, Ahmed Saad. St Kilda also received a draft pick (number 25). In return, GWS received draft pick number 20.
Time with St Kilda
After joining St Kilda, Terry Milera signed a contract for two years. He made his very first appearance in an AFL game in 2012. This was in Round 1 of the season. His debut game was against the Port Adelaide Football Club. He played for St Kilda for three seasons.
Moving On from AFL
At the end of the 2014 AFL season, Terry Milera was delisted by St Kilda. This means the club decided not to keep him on their team list. After leaving the AFL, he continued to play football. He joined the Glenelg Football Club. This team plays in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). He played for Glenelg from 2015 to 2018.
